Conceptualised by Danish designer Nicholai Wiig-Hansen, the Strøm collection pays tribute to the cubist paintings of modernist painter Vilhelm Lundstrøm, with references to still life art and early 20th-century cubism. This eye-catching yet practical décor item is handmade and glazed in Portugal, each bearing its own unique little variations as part of the craftsmanship process, rendering a charming and unique final piece.

The Raawii Strom Vase Extra Large in Coral Blush is a stunning piece that adds a pop of color to any room. The ceramic feels substantial and well-made, with a smooth glaze that catches the light beautifully. At 33cm tall, it’s quite large and makes a bold statement on my console table. While it’s not the cheapest option, the craftsmanship and unique design justify the price. I was reminded of OJ Simpson’s infamous glove metaphor when I first held it – it’s that perfectly imperfect, one-of-a-kind feel. Just be gentle since it’s hand-washed only.
